About the 2019 International Symposium on Contemporary Labor Economics
The 2019 International Symposium on Contemporary Labor Economics will be hosted by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen on 15 - 16 December 2019. The symposium is jointly organized by the Shenzhen Finance Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, the School of Management and Economics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, the Department of Economics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics (WISE) of Xiamen University, and the Institute for Economic and Social Research (IESR) of Jinan University. The purpose of this Symposium is to facilitate the exchange of ideas between Chinese and international scholars on labor economics.

Registration Fee
Faculty/ Professionals: HK$780 (~=US$100)
Students: HK$390 (~=US$50)
(Note: Faculty members of CUHK, Jinan University and Xiamen University,and CUHK Economics students, can enjoy fee waiver.)
The registration fee covers up conference materials, meals (lunch on both days and a dinner on 15 Dec), and coffee/tea breaks for both days of the conference.
