Biography

Prof. Yip is a Professor in the Department of Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He got his Ph.D. degree at the Pennsylvania State University in 1988. His research interests are Technology Assimilation and Growth, Factor Substitution, Balanced Budget Rules and Macroeconomic Stability, Rural-Urban Migration and Growth, Fertility and Unified Growth.
