Dr. Vinci Chow is a senior lecturer and the Director of Economic Computing Services in the Department of Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He oversees SCRP, one of Asia’s most powerful high‑performance computing clusters dedicated to economic research. Under his guidance, the CUHK Department of Economics provides cutting‑edge services in both general computing and artificial intelligence. The AI offerings include SCRP‑Chat, an on‑premise generative‑AI service, and SCRP‑Assistant, an AI research assistant capable of operating autonomously on the cluster.

His teaching and research interests span machine learning, behavioral economics, and experimental economics.
