A2: The intention of people using gambling as a recreation or means of gaining income would trigger variation in brain chemistry, which leads to harmful and behavioral addiction. Some negative consequences may occur, such as alcohol or drug addiction. Also, gamblers may persist in gambling even after repeated loss.
Q3: What are the differences between the three types of gambling that we researched?
A3: Fixed-odds refers to the betting before the game starts with fixed odds. Live-action refers to the betting from the start till the end of the game, odds may fluctuate during the game time. Casino-type refers to games normally seen in casinos, which have much shorter time for each round.
